FALL INDOOR SERVICE PLAN


WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE WE TAKING TO ENSURE A SAFE SUNDAY FOR ALL?


  • Professional cleaning throughout the week 
  • On site professional custodian wiping and cleaning throughout the entire morning as we worship 
  • Hand sanitizer 
  • Only using 2 entry/exit points 
  • Encouraged masks (required for leaders/staff)  
  • Temp. checks to all kids ministry volunteers and kids
  • Encouraged social distancing 
  • Coffee served with gloves and masks 
  • Playground is still closed as of 8/2





WHAT DOES IN-PERSON WORSHIP LOOK LIKE?


We are encouraging our regular attenders and partners to follow the plan below when choosing one of our two indoor worship services.  Those attending a fellowship group have been assigned to attend one service and to serve during the other service.  *If you do not currently attend a fellowship group, please feel free to pick a service time (9:15am or 11am) that best fits for you.


FELLOWSHIP GROUP ASSIGNMENTS:

Clayton, S.W. Raleigh, Crabtree, Longview (SERVE at 9:15am and ATTEND at 11am)

Knightdale, Lake Johnson, S. Raleigh, Brentwood (ATTEND at 9:15am and SERVE at 11am)

*Effective August 2nd
*In effect at least six weeks



 

 

WHAT KIDS MINISTRY CLASSES ARE BEING OFFERED AND WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN?

 

  • We are offering two classrooms for toddlers to 8-year-olds and a nursing moms' space
  • Every child and volunteer will have their temperature checked prior to entry with a touchless thermal thermometer 
  • Every volunteer wears a mask
  • No clid will use the same crayons
  • Toys, floors, and surfaces are cleaned prior to each service
  • New families will check theirs kids in at the connect counter
  • One self check-in station will be available with social distancing

 

 



WHAT DOES SOCIAL DISTANCING LOOK LIKE?


  • All seating is spaced six feet apart for social distancing
  • Our balcony is open to provide further seating options 
  • We have three simulcast locations for both service times in addtion to the live worship service in the sanctuary: nursing mothers' room, lobby, and basement (mask-required section)
