Fellowship Raleigh Family,

We are inviting you on a church-wide prayer journey that will set the course of this new year. Every year people begin with a resolution for some of the goals they would like to accomplish in the new year. For 2023, we desire that our church will take their prayer life to a deeper level. More than ever, we are in desperate need for God to move in our city, nation, and in our families. Prayer is a key ingredient in navigating this journey with the hope and assurance of Jesus.

WHEN WILL THIS BE?
>> MONDAY, JAN 2- SATURDAY. JAN 21 <<

As we go on this journey over the next 21 days, we will be walking through a devotional plan together to help our hearts and mind focus in the area of prayer together. In this plan, you’ll notice that we will walk through John 17 slowly carefully thinking about the different things we should pray for as we meditate on the words of scripture. We want to pray prayers that align with God’s Word. It’s a powerful combination to pair Scripture and prayer, and we encourage you to do this in your regular practice.

Our intent is for this plan to help you deepen your walk with the Lord and cultivate a newly strengthened prayer habit for 2023. While prayer does take commitment and can require discipline to develop into a daily habit, we also want to remember that prayer is a “get-to” not a “got to.” It’s a privilege to be able to come to God in prayer.

We are excited and expectant for God to move in your individual lives and in the life of Fellowship Raleigh.

PS: Our reason for choosing a plan with a daily devotional that only takes a few minutes was to not overburden you in the new year as well as allow for you to kick off your year in the Word of God however you feel led individually. Check out this one-year BIble reading plan if you need a suggestion (Pastor Matt's favorite).
