SUNDAY SERVICES ONLINE ONLY FOR APRIL 2020
Seeking to be wise and loving, our leadership has made the decision to do "online only" worship services on Sunday mornings for April 2020. We will keep you posted about ou rplans goinf forward. These services will be live at 10am on Sunday morning. For those who miss the live stream we will repost the sermon video and audio afterward. While the church building may not be full, we can still worship together as a church. We will see you there (online)!
OTHER CALENDAR EVENTS
- Easter Egg Hunt on April 11 (cancelled with T.B.D. plans for another kind of family oriented event this summer in its place)
MIDWEEK GATHERINGS
- Fellowship Groups (still encouraged to meet through video calls/ please check with leader)
- Student Ministry (Wednesday nights cancelled through April but finding other ways to connect)
- L.A.M.P. (cancelled until Wake County School resumes)
- Men's Fellowship (still meeting virtually, please check with leader)
WAYS TO SERVE
- Call and check on one another
- Invest in "your two" during this unique time
- Check on your neighbors (especially elderly)
- Give to the benevolence fund to help fellow church members and others who are displaced from work by the Coronavirus. (Select the giving type of "Benevolence-Corona Virus")
- Childcare. With school cancelled it could put some of your fellow church members, friends, and neighbors in a tough spot with childcare. This presents an opportunity to serve each other well.
HOW WE ARE PREPARING
We do not know when it will be wise to have our usual Sunday worship services and other events. However, we are taking the following steps to ensure we are prepared:
- We are praying
- Our janitorial staff cleans 2X per week
- We've installed new hand sanitizers at our main entrances
- Our team leaders sterilized our kitchen, lobby, and sanctuary (pens, connect cards, etc.)
- We have thoroughly sanitized our kids ministry classrooms
