The Bible clearly teaches that Jesus is the chief leader of the church. Jesus is clear in His Word that, under Him, a group of qualified men are to humbly lead in the local church as Pastors. The New Testament uses three words interchangeably to refer to the function of one and the same church office (Elder, Overseer, Pastor).

There are many other important leaders in our church (men and women). To fulfill all the tangible, practical, spiritual, and leadership needs of the church, the Pastors work with staff and volunteers who support them in fulfilling the mission of Fellowship Raleigh.
